To be honest it brings tears to my eyes, not just because it’s finally done, but because my best friend, my brother, couldn’t be here to share this moment with me. I was telling my girlfriend the other night that Mark and I had agreed we’d go out and get tattoos together when we finally got this thing published to commemorate the occasion. Thanks Josh. Seeing your comment made my day. I really needed that. I’ve been emotional for the past couple of days as we finished everything up. I just really wish he could have seen this. This first book has so much of him in it, and he was just so freaking talented, it still blows me away when I read sections that he wrote.
It’s honestly surreal to me to be able to have a piece if Mark come to life in this way. I don’t think we’ll ever “get over it” and I don’t want to, but I’m so grateful that you got this work done, and I am looking forward to waking up tomorrow, buying the kindle version, and heading to B&N and ordering it, (unless there’s a way they kicks more your way…then please tell me.)
